The Ecsite oDAS/SmallCell application presents a straightforward and user-friendly approach to managing the installation and testing of outdoor DAS systems. Users are able to create and customize a site based on their designs, which may include formats such as iBwave, RFDS, and CD. This feature facilitates efficient oversight of both installation and testing processes directly from the application.
Upon completion of installation and testing, users have the capability to upload all relevant data—installation, testing, and visual insights—back to the Ecsite cloud. This functionality allows for the rapid generation of a customized Certificate of Performance (COP) within moments.
The initial iOS version of the application is particularly noteworthy as it enables users to capture necessary site photographs even in offline mode. Subsequently, these images can be uploaded to the Ecsite cloud once an internet connection is established.
